Registration
In order to have access to certain pages on this web site, you must first complete the registration form and pay yearly dues. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to keep in touch and contact you. You will receive a password upon joining / renewing your membership
Membership Dues – Yearly
We request certain personally identifiable information from you on the application. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and address) and sometimes financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes ONLY. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. The credit card information is never kept on file by NYSCDA.
Surveys
NYSCDA members may be asked to participate in a survey. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and address) and demographic information (such as zip code). This information is used to see how the NYSCDA Board can better represent and inform our membership.
NYSCDA may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys; that company will be prohibited from using our users’ personally identifiable information for any other purpose. NYSCDA will share your mailing address with some carefully screened NYSCDA Corporate Sponsors whom we feel may provide products and services that will be of benefit to you.
